Tasting Notes: Delicate fruit, typical of the variety. Floral notes of violet predominate, with hints of ripe black fruit compote and sweet, mineral notes. In the mouth it has volume, structure and good acidity. Pleasant and persistent finish, highlighting the complexity of aromas.

Pairing: Goes well with all types of meat and cured cheeses. We suggest using a decanter to get the most out of it.

Serve at 14º to16ºc
