Tasting notes: The native grape variety of the Dão Demarcated Region, known for its natural complexity — especially when aged in oak barrels, as with this wine.
The result is a white wine with great structure, character, and a creamy texture, finishing with excellent length and persistence on the palate.
Pairing: A superb white for more serious food pairings, such as rich fish dishes, seafood, a variety of cheeses, and cured meats.
A family project between father and son since 1997, spanning 10 hectares, offers a unique take on the Dão region — distinct, yet true to its climate and character.
The vineyard lies in a valley where anything can happen. Despite environmental changes over the years, the project remains rooted in tradition, especially through the use of native grape varieties, both white and red.
Each bottle captures that evolution — the shifting climate, the vineyard's response, and the timeless spirit of the region.
Allergens: Contains sulphites.
