Tasting Notes: Intense citrus yellow colour. Aromas of white fruit, combined with nuances of orange blossom and light toast. Harmonious and vibrant, it is lively with clear minerality and very well integrated wood. With an excellent balance between freshness and fruit, it has some storage capacity.

Pairing: Dishes that are structured in their preparation, or cheeses and cold cuts that have undergone long curing.

Serve at 12º to 14ºc
