Tasting notes: Color Clear, Straw Yellow. Subtle and enveloping with buttery notes, cooked quince and orange peel combined with light spice. You can feel freshness and balanced acidity, some unctuousness, ripe fruit in parallel with some minerality and a light touch of bamboo. It is a voluminous wine with a structure that promises unexpected combinations.

Pairing:  Risotto, Pasta, Meat & Fish on the oven.

Serve 10º to 14º.
