Grape: Malvasia Fina & Síria

Winemaking in stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by ageing on fine lees. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the classic method, followed by a minimum ageing period of 12 months in the bottle, until the degórgement is carried out.

Tasting notes: Clear with fine and persistent bubbles. Fresh and delicate aroma. The taste has persistence, complex and very harmonious. 

Pairing: Ideal for Starter, Oysters, clams, shellfish cataplana, grilled sole and cheeses. 

Serve 10º to 12º.
